Dry ingredients:
111g Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour
2 scoops of Maple Buttermilk Pancake Myofeed
2 small packs of raisins
3 packs of truvia
14g walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp nutmeg
dash of salt

Wet ingredients:
4oz almond milk
dash of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup of grated carrots

Icing:
96g fat free cream cheese
1/2 scoop buttermilk pancake protein powder
1 small pack of truvia
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
9g of fat free whip cream.

Mix wet and dry ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25 min. Let cool to room temp. Cover with icing.
