Myofeed Cheesecake for Two
1 Package Neufchatel or low fat Cream Cheese (8 oz) Room Temp.
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup fat free Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 Scoop Homemade Vanilla Cookie Myofeed
4 Packets or 3 Tsp Truvia
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 325F
Grab two Ceramic Ramekins (those are little white circle dishes that
you can find in the home goods section of your local superstore)
Grease those bad boys with some coconut oil, top to bottom…you know the drill.
We used a mixer, but I know you won’t because you never miss an opportunity for a work out.
Drink down some Condense + Noxygen and mix the Neufchatel cheese, eggs
and yogurt until smooth. Get that vein pump on before you pick up your
Add your Myofeed, Truvia and vanilla. Mix that up well.
Pour a thin layer of the batter into each Ramekin, add a layer of Strawberries*, and add the remaining batter to each ramekin.
Grab a casserole dish and fill with one inch of water. Place the
ramekin pans into the water and stick the whole thing in the oven.
Gently… don’t drop it like a dumbbell, or you will have many regrets.
Bake at 325F for about 25 minutes or until top is stiff and a little cracked but not browned, check after 15 minutes…
Reduce your oven temperature to 200F and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but damp.
Allow cheesecakes to cool and serve up to your lover for gains and appreciation

*This recipe can be made with no fruit, just check for doneness around 15 minutes as there will be less liquid throughout.
